A construction engineering report has been done on the “Bunkhouse” which has deemed it sound as storage area.
DA’s will now be submitted shortly to downgrade the existing building to storage and allow new dwelling to be approved and erected close-by.
DA for new building will be for eco-friendly duplex with the intention of building the first 4 bedroom dwelling with the opportunity to add the second part (3/4 bed) later.
